we are a mobile catering company specializing in creating artisanal wood fired pizzas, sandwich platters, party platters & Canapés & Italian inspired cuisine for a wide range of events. With an extensive experience in catering for weddings, parties, corporate events, sporting events, fundraisers, festivals, and markets, charity events, outdoor parties, university and college events, as well as private celebrations, I have been a professional chef with 26 years of culinary experience, working in Michelin and Rosette establishments.
